I read everything, but the keepers are special whether they are romance, paranormal, sci-fi, fantasy, or mystery. They will have characters that touch my heart, a good story, and that special something that keeps me turning the pages, and yet not wanting to finish the book. Then I find myself checking a number of author's websites to see when their next book is hitting the stores.*g*RubyDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10647965222659291427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-64350408750596636.post-6674524921652150292007-02-02T21:02:00.000-05:002007-02-02T21:02:00.000-05:00Number one, I have to love the hero. Sometimes I've kept a book just because I found the plot intriguing, but it goes in my keeper file mostly because I like the characters.Maurinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11671846311189282117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-64350408750596636.post-74043199027841515092007-02-02T09:33:00.000-05:002007-02-02T09:33:00.000-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17767415633391114398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-64350408750596636.post-64073285570143179732007-02-01T18:31:00.000-05:002007-02-01T18:31:00.000-05:00Admittedly, I am a moody reader. Sometimes I love the hero; other times I love the heroine. I might love the author's witty style of writing. I might become enthralled with the mystery or adventure in the story. (Sometimes, I like the writer's ability to write erotic scenes.fliphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16778574048526674171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-64350408750596636.post-49520975996774616072007-01-31T14:44:00.000-05:002007-01-31T14:44:00.000-05:00I think for me it has to do with how much I love t...I think for me it has to do with how much I love the hero. And some authors just write my type better than others. <br />Like you, Ms. Miller. :)Melodyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10178940062969937730noreply@blogger.com
