Harlequin has been branching out into additional formats in recent years, with larger print editions of several lines and e-books of all of its titles. Some titles have also been released as audio books. Have you tried some of the alternate formats? If so, what did you think? Or do you prefer the regular editions? (Or if those questions aren't interesting enough, feel free to say whatever you'd like if you just want to enter to win

New Giveaway
Things have been pretty quiet on the Intrigue Authors blog the past week, no doubt with many authors hard at work on their latest book or at the Romantic Times Convention. What better way to get things going again than by having a giveaway? I have three "larger print" copies of my October release, BEAUTIFUL STRANGER, to give away. All you have to do to enter is comment on this post by the end of the day Tuesday. The names of the three winners will be posted Wednesday. (And of course, my latest release, A STRANGER'S BABY, is in stores now!)

Congrats on the new release. I haven't tried audio books yet, but I have been reading ebooks. I have tried the larger print books from the library and it's definitely easier to read and less strain on the eyes.
ReplyDeleteMy eyes love the larger print. Looks like a good read.

I tried a larger print book from the library, and I really liked it. It was nice to not strain my eyes while reading. I haven't tried ebooks or audio books yet.
ReplyDeleteI really like the larger print books but because they cost more I seldom buy them. I realize they are only a little higher but when you buy as many books as I do it adds up.
ReplyDeleteI like reading the larger print books too. Ive only gotten them though the library or at goodwill.
ReplyDeleteI will have to check out the audio books though. I ddnt know you could get Harlequin books like that know cool.
I cant wait to read your lastest book a strangers baby
Intrigue is my favorite line of books. I have a copy or two of the larger print books and I loved them. I have spent the last several months helping poor readers by intoducing them to audio books. I work with special education students and can now downlead books to SD cards and they listen using a mp3 player. Much cooler than having me read to them which I can now also put on the card and they can use the mp3 player. They seem to be liking it.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for the new release, I've read your other "Stranger" books and thought they were wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI try and get the Larger Print in as often as I am able for our library, Harlequin Intrigue has quite a strong following, (we are a rural area but very loyal! :), in Western Maryland. But some do have trouble with the regular pbk print (they read it anyway if that's the only copy available) but they all say that they like the larger print.
I've found as I'm getting older it's harder for me to read the smaller print. So I like the larger print!
ReplyDeleteI have read some of the Harlequin ebooks.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all your comments, everybody! Glad to know the alternate formats seem to be appealing to you, especially the larger print books.
ReplyDeleteThe winners are EllenToo, Connie and Jane. Send me an e-mail with your mailing address and I'll get the books out.
I cannot find Kerry's email address. Can someone smarter than me direct me to it....PLEASE cause I really want "Beautiful Stanger".
ReplyDeleteEllen,
ReplyDeleteIt's on the bio page of my website. I'd post it here, but I figure the fewer places it's posted, the less chance spammers will get their hands on it.
Thanks -- email sent...hope it gets there
ReplyDeleteCan't blame you for not wanting spammers to get their hands on it.
Thanks, Kerry.
